Ok, maybe it's me, but I just cannot take images of Kim Jong Il seriously. Perhaps it has something to do with seeing "Team America" and how they depict
him. But even the cover of the new
Economist has him flying on a rocket evoking thoughts of Elton John.
We should take his threats, missiles, or refugee horror stories seriously, but from a visual perspective, has there been a less menacing bad guy? Maybe
Dr. Evil of Austin Powers fame, but the worst he did was bring shame to his archetype,
Dr. No.
